After more than 30 years in the cannabis business we have had the great pleasure of working with various cannabis and cannabis seed producers.
In the beginning years we breed all of our genetics in house. That was when it was legal to produce cannabis seeds. At that time the government gave a warning that existing seed companies had one year to find alternatives for seed production. Sagarmatha did not take the advice and we were busted. We foolishly started producing again in Holland and again we were busted. Our lawyers stated that in their opinion that if we were to violate the rules that we (I) would have some jail time. Earlier court decisions were fines and community service. Most of the seed companies and Sagarmatha made the decision to relocate seed production to Spain. Luckily we have very good relations with Spanish producers were we have direct input on seed selection and breeding schedules. Because of our close relationship with producers Sagarmatha has decided to begin selling many of the strains that are being produced in Spain and in North America.
